What to write about
- Security, privacy and procurement. Questionnaires, processing terms, where your documents are stored and who can reach them. What is already published is in privacy and sovereignty.
- A pilot on your own documents. The format, the languages, and roughly how much of it there is.
- Pricing and volume. What you expect to process in a month is the number that decides it.
- Anything the documentation did not answer. If you had to guess while reading, that is a page we owe you.
What helps us answer in one reply
The format (presentation, document, spreadsheet, PDF), the languages you work between, the size of the job, and the constraint that actually sets the date: an audit, a client, a launch.
One thing not to send
Do not attach confidential documents to a first message. Email is not the vault, and nothing sent there carries the guarantees the vault makes. When there is real material to work on, you get a vault of your own.
