> The situations on this page did not come from a market survey. They came from twenty years inside consultancies and large companies, watching the same scene repeat across different sectors. If you recognize yours in the first lines, the rest of the page is easier to judge.

Each case below separates two things on purpose. The **situation** is field testimony, and it counts by recognition: either you have lived it or you have not. **What the product does** is a verifiable claim, and each one has a detail page where it can be checked.

## Understanding material you did not produce

**The situation.** Someone leaves the team and leaves behind twelve presentations. A client sends a two-hundred-page manual before the meeting. You need to know what is in there, and reading all of it is not an option.

**What the product does.** Every document that comes in is read by the engine once, on entry, and from then on every question is answered from that reading rather than by reprocessing the file. You ask in plain English and the answer comes with the source and the unit. What that reading delivers is in [your documents](documents).

## Comparing versions and knowing what changed

**The situation.** A contract comes back revised by the other side. A proposal is on its fourth version and nobody remembers what the third one said. The comparison is done by eye, line by line, by someone who is about to go on holiday.

**What the product does.** Comparison is an operation, and its result is kept per unit, reopenable by someone else later. The details are in [receipts and lineage](documents).

## Translating whole material and being able to prove it arrived intact

**The situation.** A training program goes to five countries. The translation comes back and nobody can state whether every slide was translated, whether the house terminology was respected, or whether a passage was left behind.

**What the product does.** Translation records completeness per passage and applies the company glossary, and the delivery reports the affected units when something was not translated or not injected, instead of letting it pass in silence. The per-format and per-language limits are in [supported languages](languages).

## Keeping terminology under control

**The situation.** Every translator decides in their own way what to call the product, the methodology and the job titles. Two years later the company describes itself in six different ways.

**What the product does.** The corporate glossary is applied during translation and kept per organization, because terminology is an asset and not a preference.

## Analyzing a whole portfolio instead of one file at a time

**The situation.** A consultancy has hundreds of accumulated materials and needs to know where the density is, what repeats, what is incoherent and what can be reused.

**What the product does.** Each document's measurements are available for comparative reading across documents, without opening them one by one.

## Reusing what already exists instead of starting over

**The situation.** New material is due tomorrow, and the content already exists scattered across old things nobody can find.

**What the product does.** Creation starts from an existing template and fills the editable fields with content you provide or that the agent writes from what you asked. This is the least mature operation in the set and it requires human review before going to a client, which is stated in [Trust](trust).

## Giving a corporate path to the AI use that is already happening

**The situation.** People are already pasting company documents into personal AI tools, because they have to deliver. It shows up in no report and it will not stop because of an internal policy.

**What the product does.** It offers a governed path for the same work: documents stay in the company's control zone, processing is recorded, and what comes out has a receipt. This attacks the operational cause of the problem, and it does not replace the security tooling that does the blocking. The architecture is in [privacy and sovereignty](privacy).

## Taking the knowledge with you whenever you want

**The situation.** The company adopted a knowledge tool three years ago, wants to leave, and discovers that leaving means losing what was built.

**What the product does.** The vault is open, queryable from outside and exported on request, and it works away from here, under the conditions described in [privacy and sovereignty](privacy).

## What is not here yet

Directions that come up in commercial conversation and are not delivered, such as legal redline intelligence and purpose-built agents per area, live on the [platform roadmap](platform), with no present-tense verb. If a case of yours depends on something there, it depends on something that does not exist yet, and you are better off knowing that now.
